Supreme Court: An order can be issued to extend an underground wire to rescue Sun Shiraya

The Supreme Court has expressed concern over the death of the endangered bird, Sun Sheraya. On Monday, the court said it may issue orders for underground low-voltage electrical wiring and the installation of bird transformers in some places in Rajasthan and Gujarat to protect the bird.

He also asked for a table headed by Chief Justice S. a. Pobdi of the Union’s Department of Energy found out their position that high-tension wires could not be used underground and that could be done with regard to low-voltage wires.

Prosecutor KK Venugopal told the agency that until now it was not possible to use high-tension wires underground but low-voltage wires could be manufactured underground. Son Chiraiya is also known as The Great Indian Bustard, Bastard, and Godavan.
