Prime Minister Ashok Jehlot has made a major announcement to overcome medical hypoxia amid a rapid coronavirus outbreak. CM Gehlot announces a special package for the state’s medical oxygen manufacturing industries to overcome medical hypoxia. Besides, he announced that, according to this, many benefits and facilities will be provided to enterprises that manufacture medical oxygen by making new investments.
Under this, he said, the entrepreneurs who receive benefits will be required to start production by 30th September 2021 by investing at least Rs. In accordance with the provisions of Rajasthan’s Small and Medium Enterprises Act of 2019, these entrepreneurs will be granted exemption from regulatory approvals and inspections from relevant departments of the state government in the first three years of establishment of the enterprise under the package.
Meanwhile, the state government will provide special support to obtain the necessary approvals from relevant departments in the central government, to make arrangements for electricity and water connections available soon.
Ashok Jahlut said that under the package, up to 25 per cent of spending on plant, machinery and other equipment (up to a maximum of 50,000 rupees) would be provided in two installments as a capital grant. Prime Minister Ashok Jahlut directed the Ministry of Industries to implement this package.
