The corona rate in the country is constantly increasing. The number of infected people increases with each new day. More than 80 percent of cases are received from some states. 93.14 percent of the new cases are found in these states. These include Maharashtra (27126), Punjab (2,578), Kerala (2078), Karnataka (1,798), Gujarat (1,565) and Madhya Pradesh (1308). 86.8% of deaths occurred here within 24 hours.
Increase in active patients
The increase in new cases in these states had a significant impact on the number of active patients. In one day, 25,559 active cases increased in the country. This is the largest number for the day. Earlier, on September 10, there were 24,610 active cases. This increased the active rate to 2.87%. 21,180 cured in 24 hours.
And according to the ministry, active cases have been increasing steadily over the past 12 days. Currently, they number 3,34,646, which is 2.87% of the total cases. As of February 12, the number of active cases reached 1,35,926, accounting for 1.25 percent of the total.
Infection increases by 67% in a week
Incidence increased by 67% in one week. There was a 67 percent increase in new cases in a week. At the same time, only one patient was found between 15 and 21 March. According to the ministry, 212 people have died in the past 24 hours, the highest rate in the last 72 days. 1,59,967 people lost their lives.
Most cases are after November
According to the data of the Federal Ministry of Health, today, Monday, 46,951 new cases were detected during the past 24 hours. Earlier on November 12, 47,905 cases had been found. On the previous day, 43,846 new cases were received, so 90,797 cases increased in just two days. Over the past week, the number of new cases has reached 2,60,742. 212 people died during this period. Together, the total number of infected persons exceeded 1.16 crore and the death toll also reached close to 1.60 lakh. So far, 1.11 crore has been treated.
The recovery rate also decreased
Also of concern is that the cure rate is also constantly declining due to an increase in new cases and fewer patients recovering. On February 17, the patient cure rate reached 97.33 percent, which is now down to 95.75 percent. The mortality rate continues to decline and is currently 1.37 percent.
