The Election Commission has made an important decision regarding the celebrations to be held on May 2 after assembly election results in 5 states including West Bengal, Kerala. The Electoral Commission prevented the celebration of the election victory of the Council.

The Election Commission took this decision after the intervention of the Madras High Court. Earlier, the Madras High Court harshly reprimanded the Election Commission and officials for holding assembly elections in the era of Corona.

According to this decision of the Election Commission, after counting the votes on May 2, political parties will not be able to hold celebrations, rallies, victory parades, etc. The commission is coming soon.
