The Rajasthan government decided to impose a complete lockdown from 10 to 24 May, due to the increase in new cases of coronavirus in the state. While issuing the order Thursday night, the state government said the lockdown will continue on May 10 from 5 a.m. through May 24 at 5 a.m. The government has made it clear that there will be no marriages during the state’s lockdown period. The government has said that marriage ceremonies in the state will only take place after May 31, 2021.
At a meeting of the State Council of Ministers chaired by Prime Minister Ashok Gilot, on Thursday, he expressed his concern about the increase in coronavirus infection and the number of deaths in rural areas and the youth. The government has released a lockdown directive stating that no permits for DJs, parades, evacuations, celebrations etc. related to the conflict will be allowed in the state until May 31. – It will be permitted to marry at home or as a court marriage. Where only 11 people are allowed to go. No group banquet will be permitted during the lockdown period.
MGNREGA will be postponed after rural infection cases. All kinds of religious places will remain closed. Besides, it will be mandatory for travelers arriving from outside the state to show a negative RT-PCR done within 72 hours.
In addition to the medical services, all types of private and government transportation such as buses, jeeps, etc. will be closed completely. The procession will be permitted to ban, the pace of cars, tractors, jeeps, etc.
– The government said in its order that the movement of heavy vehicles that transport goods between states and within the country, and the loading and unloading of goods, will be allowed for people working in this work.
